Feed My Sheep Ministries

If you have never witnessed the despair of the homeless first hand, it is easy to ignore and abandon them.  You may even assume that homeless people are derelicts, mentally ill, drug addicts and people beyond help, people who do not deserve assistance.

The truth is that although some may fall into a few of those categories, most are people that have fallen victim to hardships beyond their control.  Living in conditions that most of us cannot even imagine are men, women, children, grandmothers, grandfathers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters.

All homeless have one thing in common - they are all children of the Most High God!  Jesus said, "Do you love me?  Then feed my sheep."  That is a strong statement!  Not only are we to feed His sheep to show the love of God but to show our love to God.

Feed My Sheep is a non-profit, CLCC sponsored organization that along with volunteers, feed, clothe, provide haircuts and minister to the homeless in downtown Fort Worth once a month. Feed My Sheep is one of the very few street ministries that serves a complete meal.

We meet the fourth Saturday of each month at 10am during fall/winter/spring and 9am during the summer months. The location is at East Lancaster and Cypress in front of the railroad tracks.
